In the process of rebuilding Highway 34 between Loveland and Estes Park, some thought could be given to providing pull off areas in locations that could some day work as stops for public transportation. Bus service between Loveland and Estes Park may be relatively far in the future, but it would be cheaper to plan for and implement it now while the road is being built - equipment and materials are at hand.
